Detailed Description

Selection of the generic 'Serial' object and of the matching serialEvent() callback.

The generic Serial is USB CDC, VirtIO or the hardware serial defined by SERIAL_UART_INSTANCE. ENABLE_xxx macros select the serial ports to enable, HAVE_xxx the ones present on the MCU.
